The tale of the disappearing London Chef!!

We touched on the shortage of Chefs in London late last year, and only 10 days into the new year we hear Employers really struggling to find skilled Chefs (and Restaurant Managers).

The Chef crisis needs to be tackled from all angles – education, incentives, public and private sector +.

London is a foodie city, relying on good Hospitality staff at every level. However, the talent pool seems to be a little bottom heavy, so there’s a need to skill up the available pool and provide incentives to the skilled to enter and return to the industry.

Easier said than done!! HELP!!
